Specialist Mortgage Broker

As part of our exciting growth plans for 2024, a unique job opportunity has been created at my client for a Specialist Mortgage Broker. This position provides a great chance to work at an established and market-leading specialist mortgage broker, which has been trading from Birmingham with a national audience successfully for more than 24 years.

We specialize in:

Adverse Market
Mortgages refused
Contractors
Self-employed

Based at our Birmingham office, you will be dealing with clients nationally over the telephone, but don't confuse us with a call center.

Why? Because all leads are provided, and there is absolutely no cold calling. This means you're on the front foot from the start of each opportunity given to you, a rare privilege in the industry.

My client is keen to get the right candidate for an immediate start, subject to full referencing, providing the best possible training and preparation to allow you to succeed in the role.

Our ideal candidate needs:

Full mortgage qualifications CeMAP / MAQ needs to be held for 12 months minimum.
At least 1 year's experience of working with a proven track record with adverse experience.
Strong organizational skills to deal with the volume of business we anticipate writing as part of our growth plans.
The hunger and drive to succeed in the financial services industry.
A resilient, positive, and friendly approach.
A team player attitude.
The ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
