We have a fantastic Locum Advanced Practitioner role available in the Tameside, Greater Manchester area. The role is to support newly qualified social workers in their ASYE.

Responsibilities:
- You will be co-allocated to children and provide practical support and practice learning with all aspects of social work practice
- Support with specific pieces of work which may be more complex and model good practice to aid learning and development of social workers in their ASYE
- The work will be within Children in Need, Child Protection and Cared for Children teams
To be considered for the Advanced Practitioner role…ideally you will have:
- 3+ years' experience of working within children's social work
- Supervisory/Development experience
- Experience of working with ASYEs
- A Diploma/Degree in Social Work
- Registration with Social Work England
