Rate: £14.50 to £18.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term

Introduction: We are a dedicated education agency representing a reputable Secondary School in Brent, London. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Admissions Officer to join the school's administrative team.

Responsibilities: As an Admissions Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the student admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both applicants and the school. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Admissions Processing: Handle the end-to-end admissions process, including the receipt, processing, and evaluation of applications.

  2. Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing information about the school, admission requirements, and guiding them through the application process.

  3. Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential student records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

  4. Collaboration: Work closely with school staff, leadership, and external partners to coordinate admissions activities, events, and orientations.

  5. Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with school admissions policies, local education authority guidelines, and relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Admissions Officer, preferably within a secondary school environment.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with admissions policies, procedures, and data protection regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
