Role Summary:
ULearn Education is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Admissions Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the education sector and the ability to guide students through the admissions process. You will be responsible for providing personalized advice, helping students select the best courses and institutions that match their career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive guidance to students regarding various educational programs and institutions.
- Understand and assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, and goals to offer tailored advice.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission processes, scholarship opportunities, and program details across a wide range of educational institutions.
- Facilitate communication between students and educational institutions, ensuring a smooth admissions process.
- Assist students with the preparation of application materials, including personal statements, recommendation letters, and any other required documentation.
- Conduct informative sessions and workshops to educate students and parents about the admissions process.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to participate in education fairs, school visits, and other promotional activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide support as needed, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: GCSEs
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in taking inbound and outbound calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current educational trends, admission processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic, and personalised advice.
