Administrator / Customer Service
Location: Fareham
Hours of work: 8.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £8.50
Start Date : Immediate start required therefore notice can't be considered
Duration : This role requires someone on a temporary basis with a possible opportunity to remain permanently for the right person

Dynamite Recruitment's longstanding client are currently facing their busiest time of year . As a result they are now looking to recruit a focused customer service person with excellent administration skills to join their team
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be tasked with:

  • Processing contracts and important documentation onto the internal system
  • Proofing and sending of contracts
  • Chasing Purchase orders
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to check whether materials have arrived/been returned
  • Working alongside 3rd parties and internal departments to make sure customers are billed correctly and efficiently
  • Uploading requests and contracts to internal system
  • Closing completed requests on the internal system, making sure that everything needed is in order and there are no loose ends
  • Stock checking and requested as required
  • Taking responsibility for general administration


The ideal candidate

  • Will have excellent administration skills and experience
  • Will have excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Will have good communication skills
  • Will have excellent attention to detail and proofing experience
  • Will be available Immediately and on an ongoing basis
  • Will be well organised and able to work to deadlines
