Tate are working with a local authority in their search for Administrators to support on a temporary basis, starting on Tuesday 7th May.

You would be based in their School Appeals Team, a busy area of work, with key responsibilities including:

  • Setting up webinars via Zoom - sending out Zoom links to parents and panel members.
  • Managing the zoom meetings on the day of the appeals (letting parents in and out of Zoom when required and sitting in the appeals).
  • Any other administration support the wider team needs.

Skills/experience:

  • Confident with Zoom and Office 365.
  • Administration experience.
