Search Manchester are working with a number of well established companies across Greater Manchester area who are looking for temporary support in various capacities such as Front of House, Reception and Admin.

These roles are suitable for people who have strong admin and IT skills, super flexible and available to start work immediately.

Typical Duties Include:

* Meeting and Greeting
* Responding to calls and emails
* Scanning
* Filing
* Data entry
* Invoice Generation
* Credit Control
* Accounts Payable

Required skills and qualifications:

* Strong literacy and administrative skills
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Exceptional people skills
* Strong telephone manner
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
