Resourcing Administrators
A well-established organisation based in Belfast, are currently seeking experienced Resourcing Administrators to join their team on a Permanent and Contract basis, to provide support to clients and the wider team.
Full-time, Permanent Positions and Full-Time 4-Month Contracts.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.15pm
With a salary of £23,400 per annum
Essential Criteria:
- Previous and demonstrable customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to applicant queries via email and telephone in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Professionally liaise and communicate with client by telephone and email.
- Enter, update, and maintain information on the recruitment database.
- Support the candidate on-boarding process.
- Support the administration of recruitment campaigns through the preparation and management of relevant documentation at each stage.
- Provide full administrative support (across multiple client sites) in the provision of interviews and assessment centres for candidates.
- Provide input and feedback to management relating to all resourcing matters.
- Ensure administrative work is carried out in a timely and effective way to meet SLA’s.
- Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement to processes and services.
- Support line manager in their role as point of contact with client and customer.
- Any other duties as required from time to time.
