My client is a public sector body that acts as an independent regulator within the healthcare sector.

Your new role
You will be working with a busy, proactive team. You will be providing written correspondence to customers. Previous experience of this is essential.
- Supporting the team with general administration
- Updating files
- Log incoming queries
- Preparing letters/email correspondence
- Investigating complaints

What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of Microsoft 365
- Ability to follow a process (and improve that process if applicable
- Drafting correspondence
- Dealing with sensitive information

What you'll get in return
- Hybrid 2 days per week on site in central Manchester
- 3-6 Months +
- £13phr + holiday pay
