you need to be flexible to work between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis
 
Salary: £12.00- £12.50 per hour
 
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a hugely successful business based in Portsmouth. Due to a busy period, our client requires additional administrative support within one of their specialist teams immediately.
 
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk/ Administrator who is able to start immediately and is happy to work within a process-driven environment    
 
As a Data Entry Clerk/ Administrator you will be responsible for the following key duties:

• Supporting a specialist team with the data entry of important information
• Data entry of numerical data
• Cross check data with online portals
• Type and respond to emails 
• Update the internal system with information 
• Checking information with accuracy and raising any discrepancies
• Post management

• Previous experience within data entry / Administration
• Will have excellent attention to detail
• Will be process driven and self-motivated
• Will have the ability to work to deadlines
• Will be available to assist Immediately
