A well-known organisation based in Newcastle are looking for an administrator to join their team on a fixed term basis until the end of December 2024.

If you are organised, able to work to tight deadlines and have excellent attention to detail with excellent IT skills with the ability to analyse data - this role is for you.

To be successful you must have a minimum of 2 years experience in an administration role.

Previous experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services would be advantageous!

This is a full time position working 35 hours per week between 9:00am – 5:00pm, based in the city centre.

Pay is £24,000-26,000 per annum.

The role will involve providing administration support for a variety of teams, including:

  • Client data management
  • Opening of new client accounts
  • Verification of documents
  • Maintaining compliance
  • Processing requests and transactions
