Our client is an award-winning, full service, commercial law firm and they are rapidly developing a national reputation for its innovative approach to delivering legal services. They operate in the financial services, leisure, retail & consumer goods, technology & media, renewables, housing and public sectors. Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation.

The Job:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Case Handler. This is an administration role working for a legal company based in central Bristol. Previous legal experience isn’t essential and training will be provided.

Responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Taking responsibility for running own caseload as driven by case management system
  • Prepare relevant court documents and instruct agents/advocates where required
  • Ensure regular communication with Team Managers regarding work related issues or problems which should be reported immediately and escalated if necessary.

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who has:

  • A natural empathy/affinity with Clients and a good telephone manner, with a clear communication skills
  • Demonstrate proactivity and attention to detail.
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work in a business environment.
  • A team player
