Job Title: Administrator (Temporary)
Hourly Rate: £12.50ph
Location: Manchester


Our client is looking for an Administrator on a Part Time Temporary basis. This position provides administrative support for the partnerships manager, completes results decks for completed and ongoing campaigns.
The role requires someone who is skilled in PowerPoint and Excel, can build positive relationships with people in addition to being highly organised with the ability to manage multiple areas of work and use initiative to resolve issues. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is also essential.


What will the roles involve?
- Provide administrative support to the partnerships team
- Complete and provide results decks for partners showcasing their campaign activity and results
- Help design, plan, budget and manage micro partnership campaigns
- Log campaigns with the wider teams
- Manage results data on other systems, ensuring these are regularly updated and cross checked with other teams for accuracy
- Someone who is well organised and details-focused
- Excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with people and be willing to learn
- Any additional tasks required.

Who would be the right fit?
- Administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills, via both verbal and written communication
- A proactive and personable attitude
- Great IT literate skills with experience using MS Office & Outlook.
