My client a very hetic insurance company based in Dartford is looking for a very switched on Administrator.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.

Effective communication & organisational skills.

Ability to gather and analyse information from brokers.

Ability to identify and respond appropriately to an individual brokers level of understanding.

Ability to balance own workload and assist others in your team.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOURS

Act in an honest and open manner at all times with both the customer and the firm in all matters.

Demonstrate a customer focused approach.

Ensure that business transactions and audits are conducted in a way that is clear and straightforward.

ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

To analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations.

To complete all supporting documentation or system changes in a timely, compliant and accurate manner.

To comply at all times with the requirements of the firm’s own procedures.

To be aware of the firm’s policy on Treating Customers Fairly.

To be aware of, and to follow at all times, the firm’s standards of ethical behaviour.

To maintain customer records accurately and securely in accordance with the firm’s own record keeping requirements and following data protection rules.

To maintain professional competence by complying at all times with the Training and Competence procedures of the firm.

If you have previous insurance experience it would be a bonus.
