Administrative Officer required by a Public Sector Organisation to provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to various teams. As Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for:-

  • Acting as a first point of contact for general enquiries including reception
  • Processing and responding to incoming communications
  • Undertaking general clerical and administrative tasks to support the service

As the ideal Administrative Officer, you will be educated to GCSE level Grade C or equivalent (in Maths and English) and will have a minimum of one years’ administrative experience. You will have the ability to communicate effectively.
