An opportunity has arisen for a Part Time  Administrator - 25 hrs - 5 days per week.

Providing administration support 

  • Checking documents 
  • Compiling paperwork 
  • Raising purchase orders 
  • Booking accommodation 
  • Answering phones, liaising with internal depts
  • Monitoring work plans

Previous administration experience within either building/construction, engineering or similar environment is required along with good communication and organisation skills. Familiar with Ms Office including Excel.  This role is temporary to permanent, please only apply if you are available immediately.
