Temporary Office Administrator Role based in Carlisle

A large, global, specialist organisation in vehicle maintenance, repairs and parts.

Your new role
You will be supporting a whole department with their admin. This role is expected to last up to two months. You'll be responsible for answering calls in a professional and consistent manner, welcoming visitors, and dealing with incoming/outgoing mail. Your other roles will include, checking clock cards, daily banking, credit card reconciliation, booking travel and accommodation, inputting data, updating databases, dealing with correspondence, filing, scanning and photocopying. You will also be minute taking at meetings and compiling, editing and formatting documents.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 years, recent administration experience gained within a commercial background.
