A new role has become available in a local Bicester company to work as an Administration Assistant. Supporting the office, you will be completing general administration duties, including processing reports, maintaining records and responding to queries.

Available on an ongoing temporary basis, this part time position consists of 09:00-am-17:00 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Four days (28 hours) per week. Offering £11.44 per hour.

Duties of the role:

  • Send all required documentation to clients.
  • Process reports.
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation is uploaded to the various online portals.
  • Maintain up to date customer and client records.
  • Communicate with customers, clients and internal staff.
  • Answer the phones and direct calls.
  • Respond to any customer queries promptly.

You must:

  • Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office Packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Work well within a team supporting your colleagues to the best of your abilities.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Use your own initiative to resolve queries and work efficiently.
  • Show organisation skills, being methodical in your approach to work.
