Administrative Assistant required for expanding division.

My client who is based in North West London, is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join an established and expanding business.

  • Updating information from client packs on to the system
  • Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward letters
  • Answering general queries by telephone
  • Photocopying documents
  • Sorting and opening post
  • Obtaining information from the computer
  • Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
  • Ordering stationery


Knowledge Skills & Experience:

  • 1.Knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel and any other packages
  • 2.Organised
  • 3.Good time management
  • Clear communicator as you will be dealing with external calls
