We are working with a fantastic Investment Company based in London who are seeking an Administrator to join their fun and personable team.

Supporting the Business Development Managers, you will need previous administrative experience working within a fast paced and demanding environment. The use of Excel is essential!

Duties include:

  • Manipulation and presentation of data using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce
  • Analyse external data lists
  • Manage multiple inboxes and answer any enquiries
  • Compile in-depth reports and presentations
  • Work efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience of using a CRM system
  • Excellent English gramma
  • Highly organised and able to work unsupervised efficiently and effectively

Offering a salary of £32,000, with two bonuses a year and hybrid working (1 day in the office, 4 days from home) + excellent benefits, this is not an opportunity to be missed!
