This highly successful property and surveying company is looking for an experienced Team Administrator to join their busy London office and support a team of 4.

As the Team Administrator you are integral to the smooth running of their projects, being the point of contact at each stage for clients. You will be supporting the Building Team primarily as well as providing support to the Operations Director and wider team when needed.

When a project comes in you are responsible for setting it up on the appropriate systems and updating and tracking it through the process. A key part of the role is formatting documents and reports as well as using Excel so you need to be strong on this side. You will also be responsible for invoicing, managing diaries, booking travel, liaising with clients, monitoring job status and all relevant project administration.

You will be part of a wider administration team where you all work closely with each other. It’s an exciting time to join the company as they are expanding and there is lots of scope for the right person. They are a young sociable team with lots of company outings and a lovely environment to work in. This role is hybrid with 3 days office, 2 days home.
