Team Administrator, to start as soon as possible for 3 months initially, based in Stratford

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a team administrator with experience managing a number of busy diaries and providing admin support, to a large and fast paced team. Working for a highly reputable London Transport Authority, working within their customer insight and research team, based in Stratford. These roles are to start as soon as possible and are for 3 months initially.
Your new role
You will be supporting the Head of business helping to manage their busy diary. You will also be providing admin and finance support to a wider team of 19, supporting them during the re-tendering of major projects, booking meeting rooms, and raising purchase orders on SAP. You will take appropriate decisions on day to day administration matters to ensure the provision and delivery of effective support. You will also need to maintain the database with relevant information, as well as undertake budget administration tasks.
