Admin Assistant
Our client, leading in their field of their worldwide organisation are seeking a Admin Assistant to support the team implementing a new project.
As a Admin Assistant, you’ll be required to maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure the office runs in a smooth and efficient way.
If you are accurate and methodical in your way of working, we would love to hear from you.
As the Admin Assistant, you will be:
- Inputting customer orders through the system
- Raising quotes and invoices
- Running daily reports
- A good team player
As the Admin Assistant, you will have:
- A high level of computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- ERP experience would be
- Excellent eye for detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
