To Provide a full admin support within the HR functions. This will enable to respond to client demands and requests on a timely basis with accurate and up to date information regarding all operatives and employees. Additionally to provide full cover to the receptionist during lunch breaks and periods of annual leave.
Key tasks and responsibilities for the following areas:
- New Starters Administration
- Day to Day and General Administration and Maintaining Databases
- Reception Cover
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential
- Excellent time management and organisational skills in order to priortise a demanding workload and to meet strict deadline
- Excellent administration experience
- Good IT skills, to include Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
You will have to cover Reception on a daily basis and holidays
