Admin Assistant

Key Accountabilities

  • Single point of contact for all administrative tasks as appropriate
  • Collate various Client handover documents/records
  • Scan, label, save electronic documents and distribute to Client in line with CDHG framework process
  • Populate and update weekly 'Scope of Works’ document
  • Distribute 'Scope of Works’ document in line with CDHG framework process
  • Assist Site Manager in the collation of H&S Files, specific to each scheme
  • Ensure effective communication both internally and externally
  • Process and disseminate inbound/outbound post, liaising with Central Admin Team for bulk franking
  • Ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • To book meeting rooms as required and arrange buffets as appropriate
  • To respond to the changing needs of the Client, ensuring a positive customer service experience
  • Review and challenge departmental processes and procedures, demonstrating continuous improvement
  • Special Relationships:
    • External: Client and Supply Chain Partners
    • Internal: Directors, HR, Operational Delivery Team

Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Skills and abilities

  • Good level of interpersonal skills (i.e. listening, empathy)
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • A team player who can support and promote Engie and CDHG frameworth objectives
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels


  • Experience of supporting operational teams
  • Experience of planning, organising and prioritising workload, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
