Additional Learning Support Manager - Small, Friendly Team

Nonstop Education are currently working with an expanding, friendly college to find an excellent manager of the ALS team.

Due to the expansion of a 4 person Additional Learning Support team across the colleges, there is the opportunity to step straight into a management role.

You will be in charge of leading, developing & implementing Additional Learning Support across the colleges, all spread around a local area. This means you'll be provided free travel around the local colleges. You can help students with various forms of ALS across a wide area benefit from an improved service; allowing you to create something to feel really proud of.

You should have some experience working in ALS in colleges. Leadership experience would be preferred but it's not essential.
