ACOUSTIC ENGINEER - £35,000 to £45,000 + Benefits - Brighton

An established and forward-thinking acoustic consultancy is seeking an ACOUSTIC ENGINEER to join their team in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and technically skilled ACOUSTIC ENGINEER to work on a broad range of projects in building acoustics, sound insulation, and environmental noise.

As an ACOUSTIC ENGINEER, you will be responsible for carrying out surveys, modelling, and technical assessments across residential, commercial, and education developments. You'll collaborate with architects, planners, and developers to deliver acoustic design and compliance from concept to completion.

We're looking for an ACOUSTIC ENGINEER with:

  • A degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline

  • 2-5 years' experience in building or environmental acoustics

  • Proficiency with CadnaA, ODEON, or similar modelling software

  • Strong understanding of BB93, BS8233, and Approved Document E

  • Excellent communication and report writing skills

  • A full UK driving licence

This Brighton-based role offers a £35,000 to £45,000 salary, hybrid working options, private healthcare, pension scheme, and a clear route to senior-level responsibilities.
