Accounts & Sales Administrator

RealBee Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts & Sales Administrator for their respected client based in Tuxford. This role is a permanent, full time role.

Responsibilities of the successful Accounts & Sales Administrator:

  • Posting receipts and payments to the cash book
  • Daily banking (Cash/Cheques/Credit Cards)
  • Balancing daily cash takings from the Parts department
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Posting of warranty claims/credit notes
  • Support accountants in preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Preparing quotes for Sales staff
  • Helping prepare deals for new machinery sold
  • Creating new stock records
  • Registering new machines for insurance/tax
  • General office duties, answering the phone, filling ect

The successful candidate for the role of Accounts & Sales Administrator will:

  • Be a team player
  • Have 6 months of Accounting Administration experience
  • Have a 'cando’ attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Be willing to learn
