Accounts Receivable

Our client, a rapidly growing service business is looking to add to its team with the appointment of a Accounts Receivable. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an organisation with a dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment.

Working as part of a team, you will need to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial information to clients, other staff members and senior managers alike. As a Accounts Receivable you will need to ensure on-time of cash for all billed items across multiple business areas and to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external. In turn, you will be given the opportunity to join a growing business in a role that plays a pivotal part in the future success of the company

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Allocation of payments on Customer Accounts

  • Notify Credit Collectors of any issues picked up at time of allocation

  • Provide copies of invoices/credit notes to customers and clients

  • Organise Refunds for credit balance accounts when appropriate

  • Reconcile bank clearing accounts and Proforma accounts

  • Send Customer Statements on a monthly and interim basis

  • Maintain inboxes and work towards responding and clearing off emails within 48 hours, including Credit Control and Receivables

Your skills and experience should include:

  • You will have a proven track record in Accounts Receivable with at least 18 months experience in a finance role ideally in Order to Cash.

  • Advanced working knowledge of SAP

  • Effective problem solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Accurate and detail orientated

  • Proactive approach to resolving issues
