This position requires an Accounts Receivable specialist who is fluent in French. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Accounting & Finance team, contributing to the financial efficiency of the organisation.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
  • Communicate with French-speaking clients regarding invoices and payments
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes
  • Contribute to month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Prepare and present reports related to accounts receivable
  • Assist in audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Provide support to other finance team members as needed

Profile

The successful candidate requires:

  • Fluency in French language
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity
  • Ability to work on your own, as well as in a thriving team
