An excellent opportunity exists to join a corporate organisation within their international shared service team to cover maternity leave. The role is varied and busy where strong attention to detail is required, responsible for cash allocation across all business areas.
The duties include;
Allocate payments to customer accounts.
Insert notes on the Sales Ledger regarding disputed information.
Provide copy invoices.
Send customer monthly statements.
Organise refunds or credits.
Respond to emails.
Liaise with internal departments throughout the region.
Skills and Experience:
You will have extensive knowledge of AR / Sales ledger across different countries.
A good level of education such as a Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Advanced working knowledge of SAP.
Previous experience of working in a Shared Service Centre.
