Location: Milton Keynes/Surrounding areas

Salary Range: £28,000 - £33,000 per Annam

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Senior looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our finance team. If you have a passion for accuracy, strong organisations skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

* Invoice Processing: Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
* Data Entry: Perform invoice and general ledger data entry accurately.
* Reconciliation: Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.
* Purchase Orders: Generate purchase orders when necessary.
* Check Processing: Obtain and print signatures on all checks.
* Collaboration: Assist senior financial officers as needed.

Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an accounts payable role.
* Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision.
* Communication Skills: Ability to interact with vendors, management, and other departments.
* Organisations Skills: Manage high volumes of invoices efficiently.
* System skills: Must have strong excel experience
