Hays is partnered with a market leading company located within Midlothian, to recruit for a newly created 'Accounts Payable Manager' role to join their fast paced and dynamic finance team.
Your new role
Managing a medium-sized team, you will be responsible for the overall running and operations of Accounts Payable. You will play an important part in ensuring that deadlines are achieved and manage improving processes and procedures in order to achieve company and service objectives. Processing high volumes of invoices on a daily basis, you will be confident in managing a team within a fast paced environment and support to ensure team deadlines are met. You will be confident in developing and maintaining various relationships across the finance team. Please note, this is a full time opportunity.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous supervisor experience within Accounts Payable. As the company rapidly expands you will confident in recruiting additional members within your team. You will be able to delegate tasks and manage the overall process to ensure business objectives are successfully met. You will be strong communicator who can liaise across a range of departments and will be competent in packages such as Excel.
