Our client is a successful Architecture company located in Potter's Bar who are recruiting for a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to assist them for a 6-8 week temporary assignment. The successful candidate will have previous experience in accounts payable, possess strong IT Skills in particular Excel and be able to start a position immediately.

Due to the location of the offices, candidates must drive and own their own car in order to be considered for this role.

Duties to include:
* Dealing with purchase ledger invoices
* Matching, batching, and coding purchase invoices
* Invoicing
* Entering GRN and invoices on purchase ledger - system used EasyBuild
* Assist on the reception desk and deal with incoming phone calls/queries
