Located in the heart of the centre, a leading Bristol employer is looking for you.
This role is sure to keep you busy, as you will be responsible for the entire Accounts Payable process, from end-to-end.
An important part of this opportunity is; taking ownership, promoting changes and suggesting improvements to the Group Financial Controller.
You will have support from the Finance Assistant and will be responsible for:
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Monitor Creditors Ledger
*Processing business card spend
*Maintenance of purchase orders
*Chasing unauthorised invoices
You will also need to provide commentary on unpaid amounts, making senior management aware of any issues
Being a team-player is key with this role, you will be expected to provide support for other members in the finance function where needed.
If you have 2-3 years experience in Purchase Ledger and consider yourself friendly and approachable, I want to hear from you.
