Accounts Assistant
The Company:
Our client has been established since the late 1960’s and has a number of offices across the South West. They pride themselves on being able to assist businesses, individuals and charitable organisations with their financial needs.
They aim to be their clients guide, sharing our insight and experience. Their aim is to be the friendly voice on the end of the phone, or the welcoming adviser in person.
The Role:
On behalf of our client we are seeking an Accounts Assistant. This role specifically sits within their charities team. In this role you will be working with their charity clients (they worked with 200 charities) and you will be checking records, preparing financial information, some tax, filing, and ensuring accuracy of accounts for their clients.
The Person:
Ideally you will be AAT3 (or even part ACCA or ACA qualified) and have ideally gained some experience in an accountancy practice already. You may also be a bookkeeper or undertaking bookkeeping responsibilities (ideally with some charity knowledge - but not essential).
The Salary
C£25,000 depending on experience
The Hours:
9am - 5pm (flexible hours 10 - 6pm or 8am - 4pm) with 1 day working from home
