Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading technology business, based in Chester, who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all areas of transactional accounting.

Description
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
- Raising sales invoices
- Allocating cash
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Preparing VAT returns
- Assisting in purchase ledger
- Preparing payroll
- Assisting in finance related projects
- Financial administration
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- AAT L2 or above
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets.
- The ability to work as part of a team in the Accounting & Finance department.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
