Summary

Our entrepreneurial Client - an ambitious, dynamic & rapidly growing B2B
e-commerce business based in Leicester - is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on temp to perm basis

Initial Job Roles Include

. Purchase Ledger
. Sales Ledger
. Reconciliations
. Filing as and when required.
. Good communication skills and telephone manner are essential, as is a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
. Answering the telephone and assisting suppliers or transferring calls to the relevant department.
. Any other general duties necessary for the smooth running of the branch
. Ad hoc exercises as required

The Right Person

. Experience / background working in Finance (min 6 months)
. Effective communication skills & telephone manner is essential,
. Proactive and able to work on own initiative
. Excellent planning, organisation and deadline time keeping skills.
. Strong IT skills incl. Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook skills to a good standard.

The Package

. Appointment Type: Temp to Perm
. Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience
. Hours: Full-Time 9 am - 5:30pm(37.5hrs PW / 60mins Lunch)
. Holiday 20 Days + Bank Holidays
. Pension + other benefits
. Office based working
. Parking
