Monday to Friday 9-5 with on site parking.

This is a newly created role due to significant growth with great opportunity to progress within the business, you will gain hands on experience in Accounts Receivable, Payable and wider transactional finance functions.

Sales Ledger

  • Opening new accounts.
  • Customer Credits.
  • Answering customer queries by phone & email, this will involve being the first point of call for the customer and seeing the query through from start to finish, including POD’s, customer returns, liaising with other departments to resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with Credit Control.

Purchase Ledger

  • Purchase Invoice Checking.
  • Maintain electronic filing of Purchase Invoices.
  • Month End Statement Reconciliation.
  • Invoice query letters/queries with suppliers.
  • Processing expenses and mileage claims.
  • Supplier payments.
