Accounts Assistant

Simpson Judge is currently working with a Manufacturing company based in Central Manchester. They are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their close knit finance to assist with transactional duties. A brilliant opportunity as there will be plenty of development and progression opportunities.

This is a permanent full-time position working 5 days in the office. As a result, you would need to be available immediately or on a short notice.

Salary: Up to £26,000 (DOE)

Roles/ Responsibilities

• Posting sales invoices and managing Accounts Receivable
• Posting purchase invoices and managing Accounts Payable
• Credit control
• Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss
• Post and reconcile bank accounts
• Trade with international subsidiaries across the group

Skills/ Experience

• Studying towards AAT / ACCA / ACA / CIMA would be an advantage
• At least 1 years experience in a Finance role
• Background in Manufacturing would be ideal
