£20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience
Global CTS are working with a family run, Wallingford based company to recruit for a full time Administrator Working in a light and airy open plan office, there is a lovely working atmosphere. Their employee on-boarding process is very thorough in order to ensure that you’re perfectly placed to be successful in your role.
Duties to include:
- Ad-hoc administration helping colleagues, such as travel arranging and arranging meetings
- Support the sales team in administration
- Manage post
- Process purchase orders, invoices and requests for payment
- Credit control, cash allocation and processing invoices
- Process expense claims
- Look after credit card transaction process
The successful applicant will have office administration experience, strong attention to detail, be quick to learn. You will have good organisation and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You will have an understanding of a finance department and it's function. Any previous accounts experience would be desirable although not a deal breaker for the right attitude and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
