This role will provide direct support to the Financial Controller.
Main responsibilities will include:
*Maintaining accounts payable and receivable
*Petty cash administration
*Client account reconciliations
*Assisting with month end duties
*Assisting with purchase ledger and overseeing the accounts team in absence of the FD
*Solving complex queries on the ledger and advising stakeholders/senior members of staff the outcomes
*Projects around compliance and financial reporting
*Daily use of Excel - must be a confident user.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a professional office environment and would have administrative and accounts experience.
