Accounts Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Entering purchase invoices into the SAP system, for both stock items and service invoices
  • Carrying out V lookups
  • Extensive filing
  • Answering the telephone and taking accounts queries
  • There may be other duties required from time to time to assist the accounts team

Key Skills:

  • SAP experience essential
  • Excel - including V lookups
  • Proven experience in a similar accounting role is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good self-organisation and time management skills
  • Good MS Office skills, in particular, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A quick and efficient thinker

Pay Rate: £10.12 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30
