My client are looking for an experienced Acccounts Assistant

The role will entail but not be limited to -

Credit Control
Process and reconciliation of payments by debit / credit card. Preparation of weekly Direct Debit payment collection from debtors.
Sales Ledger
Dealing with queries and issuing statements to debtors. Daily Sales and weekly reports submitted to management.
Purchase Ledger.
Processing of purchase orders and purchase invoices. Checking and processing of Staff expenses.
Reconciliation of supplier statements.
Preparing purchase ledger payment runs and remittances.
General Ledger. Preparing and posting of double entry and periodic journals.
Accruals and prepayments reconciliation.
End of month assistance as required.
Other Ad Hoc Duties

The successful candidate will be ideally have accounting experience and be confident with the duties listed above.
They will be able to interview this week and commit for the forseeable future
