Accounts Assistant Manager / Accounts Manager

Do you hold a qualification such as ACA or ACCA? Have you gained people management experience with an accountancy firm working to the latest UK regulations? Have you prepared accounts and tax returns for ltd and non-ltd clients in practice?

Due to the success of one of their specialist markets we have an exciting opening for an Accounts Team Assistant Manager / Accounts Team Manager, to oversee a team of trainees and qualified accountants and manager an elite portfolio of clients and offers an immense opportunity for you to develop personally and professionally.

Drawing on your experience within the profession, reporting directly to the departmental heads, you will develop relationships with clients both in your portfolio and others, review accounts and associated tax returns, delegate work to appropriate team members offering support when required, ensure budgets and deadlines are met, and partner with our business heads when required.

To apply you will hold an accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent with experience of working to all the latest UK regulations within an accountancy practice, have a commercial awareness, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to function autonomously whilst developing a team.
