RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an established and reputable client in the private sector who are looking for an experienced accounts assistant to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to work for a friendly and supportive firm in a brand-new office. The team works closely with the other departments.

As the accounts assistant you will be supported by the finance manager and will join a team of 5

Accounts Assistant duties:

  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Matching and coding invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Cash allocations
  • Payments runs
  • Dealing with petty cash
  • Other ad-hoc duties required
