Accounts Assistant/Customer Service

To become part of a fantastic customer services team.

Main duties will include -

  • Liaising with clients,
  • Processing orders via QuickBooks ensuring high quality service is delivered with good accuracy and efficiency.
  • Tracking orders, liaising with carriers and investigating late consignments.
  • Producing invoices and credit notes.
  • A good background in exporting goods all over the world, mainly from China and UK.
  • Reconciling accounts, allocating payments, chasing payments and sending statements.
  • Entering all bills received for the UK office.
  • Produce reports for the Sales Managers and any other requirements they might have.

This role is quite fast paced and requires a lot of client liaison, so a good telephone manner and fast accurate computer skills are required.


  • 1 years experience with accounts software
  • 2 years oder processing experience
