Main duties will include -
- Liaising with clients,
- Processing orders via QuickBooks ensuring high quality service is delivered with good accuracy and efficiency.
- Tracking orders, liaising with carriers and investigating late consignments.
- Producing invoices and credit notes.
- A good background in exporting goods all over the world, mainly from China and UK.
- Reconciling accounts, allocating payments, chasing payments and sending statements.
- Entering all bills received for the UK office.
- Produce reports for the Sales Managers and any other requirements they might have.
This role is quite fast paced and requires a lot of client liaison, so a good telephone manner and fast accurate computer skills are required.
- 1 years experience with accounts software
- 2 years oder processing experience
