Office Angels are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant/Credit Controller to work on behalf of our well established client based in Grangemouth.
This Role will include:
- Progress purchase invoices, credits and payments
- Progress Sales payments
- Ensure sales invoices and credits are issued and controlled in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain Credit control system
- Maintain General Filing systems
- Prepare financial reports when needed
- Maintain Sales and Purchase ledgers
- General Accounting Tasks
- Accountancy Experience
- Administrative skills
- Knowledge of common Credit Control procedures
- Immediate availability
This is a Full time temporary role, Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.40pm, based in Grangemouth with an immediate start available. Although this is a temporary opportunity there is a chance of becoming a permanent role.
