Orka Financial is currently recruiting for a Accounts Advisor for a 3 month contract based in Wokingham.

The Accounts Department are currently looking for an Accounts Advisor to join their busy fast paced Head Office team, responsible for managing the accounts process for approximately 9,000 managed & rent collection properties.

Principle Responsibilities

· Investigate and handle queries through to resolution via the helpdesk, emails and telephone calls

· Deal with all calls both internally and externally in a courteous and professional manner.

· Chasing Tenant Rent Arrears & Fees

· Liaising with all offices and departments in the Lettings Division

· Involved with daily payment runs to Landlords, Contractors & Tenants

Key Skills

· Must be numerate

· Ability to plan, prioritise & work under pressure

· Problem solver/quick thinker

· Excellent customer service skills

· Ability to communicate at all levels

· Good knowledge of Microsoft packages Excel, Word & Outlook

This role is paying between £9 and £11 per hour plus holiday pay. It is essential that you have a valid driving licence and have access to a car. Applicants need to be immediately available or on a maximum of 1 weeks notice.
