We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our client in the Stockport area on a permanent, full time basis. The successful candidate will be based within their accounts department ensuring the smooth running of the finance function by carrying out various administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative ability as well as good level of communication, experience in an Accounts Administration capacity is desired and usage of Sage 200 would be highly advantageous.
- Inputting financial data on to excel spreadsheets
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Raise purchase orders
- Deal with financial paper work and filing
- Database Management
- Preparing reports
- General office duties
- Sage 200 usage (Advantageous)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines under pressure
- Flexible approach with a "can do" attitude
- 8.45am-5.30pm / Monday to Friday
- £18,000 - £21,000 p/a
- Ideal start date - ASAP
- Location - Stockport
